No item shall be returned to TTG Process Engineering without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be obtained by sending an email to sales@ttgproheat.com.
Items that are fully functional and in original resale condition can be returned for a refund less shipping costs within 14 days of purchase.
Items which develop a fault under warranty can be returned, freight prepaid for repair or replacement. TTG Process Engineering will ship the repaired or replaced item freight prepaid back to you. See our warranty policy below to determine if your item is covered under warranty.

When a user submits personal information, it is kept on a private server not accessible from our website. This prevents any malicious use of your information.
Payments by credit card will be shipped only to the billing address shown on your credit statement.
Corporate purchases are excepted from this policy, but a signed purchase order form will need to be faxed in to us. For large orders over US$1000 we may require some additional documentation.
Items usually ship within 5 business days unless you have been otherwise notified. Items are shipped via Canada Post by ground or air depending on the size and weight. Arrival time will depend on your distance from Toronto, Canada but can be anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks for major destinations in North America.
Please note that due to restrictions imposed by Canada and the United Nations, we cannot at this time trade with the following countries:
